The Blackhawk Youth Leader Conference (YLC) exists to equip, energize, and connect people serving in youth ministry. The conference is designed for teams (staff and volunteers) to learn, grow, and connect with each other and across churches and ministries. Join us as we create space together to be encouraged and united in our mission to love and lead students to know and follow Jesus.

What’s new? 

Thanks to participant feedback, we’ve made a handful of changes to improve the conference. 

• Shorter general sessions because you care most about the breakouts. We've restructured the day to focus more on targeted training built with youth ministry teams in mind. 

• Morning format so you can grab lunch as a team & enjoy the rest of your weekend. 

• Lower price because this format costs us less & we’re not trying to build a business over here. 

• Mid-January date so we’ve all got some quality months remaining in the school year to put what we learn into practice.
