Geographic Networks – In a number of areas in our District, pastors attend monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly gatherings of solo, senior and in some cases, associate, youth and worship pastors. We have networks in the following locations…

Mentoring Groups – Some of our most effective pastors are catching the vision for mentoring small groups of pastors who serve in their areas.  These groups meet for varying lengths of time in varying formats. Their focus is the successful facing of leadership, transition and problem- solving issues in the growing church.

Master’s Groups – Master’s groups are offered by our ministry partner, The Cornerstone Pastor’s Network (www.cornerstonepastorsnetwork.org). “Master’s Groups include 6 to 12 Senior/Lead Pastors, are led by trained facilitators and are solutions-oriented. The groups gather once each month for relationship development, leadership skill enhancement and peer consulting focused on current leadership challenges of participants. We offer both Virtual Master’s Groups (through Zoom calls) and in- person Master’s Groups.”  - Cornerstone. Please contact them directly to learn more. 

Inter-Denominational Groups – FLD pastors can attend groups of pastors from various denominational backgrounds. Some of the strengths of these groups are that they often meet weekly, provide a format for close personal ties and foster the development of city-wide or regional outreach efforts.

Affinity Networks are groups of church leaders organized by ministry area or positions (e.g., Senior pastors, worship ministry, youth ministry, tech, etc.) within the FLD. We have Facebook groups for many of the networks. In additon, many affinity networks in the following locations, meet at various times throughout the year…
